Hybrid Workshop “Entrepreneurship (Principles and Concepts)”

INTRODUCTION:
The Sindh Innovation, Research and Education Network (SIREN) working under the auspices of the Government of Sindh, and the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) is organizing a Hybrid Workshop entitled, “Entrepreneurship (Principles and Concepts)”. From developing new business ideas and doing market research to designing and testing your offering and pitching.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
• To enable the entrepreneurs to define or redefine their business objectives and work individually as well as in group for the realization of the same.
• To make the entrepreneurs ready for unforeseen threats and risks associated with the business.
• To facilitate strategic decision making among entrepreneurs.
• To inculcate team building and coordination skills for meeting the future demands.
• To develop the communications skills among the potential entrepreneurs.

LECTURE DELIVERY:
This lecture is organized by the Sindh Innovation, Research and Education Network (SIREN) and is coordinated by the Latif Ebrahim Jamal National Sciences Information Center, ICCBS, University of Karachi. It will be conducted onsite in campus and also online through Zoom Meeting.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Lecture is for everyone, specifically young researchers, professionals and faculty. No previous business or entrepreneurship experience needed. Join us to embark on your entrepreneurial journey.

SPEAKER’S PROFILE:
Mr. Kapeel Kumar
Mr. Kumar has conducted more than 55 Guest speaker sessions in well-known Universities of Pakistan i.e. SZABIST, IoBM, KASBIT, PAF KIET, ICT, SIMT, IBT, ILMA, Bahria University, UOB and other institutes. Mr. Kumar worked as an early stage start-up consultant helping startups to optimize the sales approach and process, as well as creating revenue-generating partnerships and assisting in Pitch deck for better investments and channel programs.
In this workshop, he will train a wide range of management and communication programs owing to his wide exposure to various industries. Mr. Kumar is passionate in inspiring lives and transforming people. Because of the dedication, he is well known for his highly-charged, energetic and power-packed training sessions.
