Two Days Hands on Training for Operating & Troubleshooting of “Digital Classrooms” Under Siren

INTRODUCTION:

The Sindh Innovation, Education and Research Network (SIREN) held at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi (Central Site of SIREN Network) dated 14^th - 15^th March, 2023.

Description:

A Two days hands on training entitled “Operations & Troubleshooting the Digital Classrooms of SIREN Network was held on 14th and 15th March, 2023 at the central site of the SIREN Network placed located at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi. Focal persons from all of the connected sites along with their coordinators were invited to attended this two days long training session to strengthen their technical capabilities for better management of the technology placed under SIREN Project.

Objectives:

·         To train the technical staff of the remote sites of SIREN Network

·         To handle the routine operations and troubleshooting related UCS based Communication technology equipment’s

Operating Cisco touch Control Panel and troubleshooting

Recording of lecture to the Server its retrievals

T-Shoot of Mic buzzing / humming

T-Shoot of Video Camera Settings and Operating in different frames

Projection operation and T-Shoot
