Workshop (Hybrid) on Presentation Skills

INTRODUCTION:

The COMSTECH and Sindh Innovation, Research, and Education Network (SIREN) are jointly organizing a workshop entitled, “Presentation Skills”. All research scholars, students, scientists, and faculty of universities are cordially invited to attend this important workshop. It will be conducted onsite on campus, and through the video conferencing setup of the SIREN network.

 

SCOPE:

Learn to leverage communication techniques to persuade audiences and guide outcomes. Through this workshop, participants will learn key strategies and gain effective tools to engage and inspire others across a variety of business / social contexts.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This workshop has been designed for faculty, research scholars, students, and professionals.

SPEAKER’S PROFILE:

Mr. Khalid Latif carries over 30 years of experience at leadership positions in multi-national companies including Hoechst, Schering Rhône-Poulenc and Bayer. He earned Master’s Degree in Chemistry from University of Karachi. Participated in various professional training courses and medium-term assignments/ project from manufacturing facilities of parent companies in Europe and Asia-Pacific countries. Attended professional courses and management trainings for various institutions including   Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan Institute of Management, American Management Institute, Institute of Business Management etc.

Under University-Industry interaction seminar series, he delivers lectures on various technical and social subjects including Health Safety & Environment, Career Counselling, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development and Processional Integrity at multiple institutions in Pakistan.
